I ordered some webbing online for pick up from the Chester Hill warehouse. Unfortunately I was too busy in the lead up to Christmas to make it in time before Christmas shutdown. The team at home Upholsterer were incredibly accommodating and arranged for a fantastic solution. Special thanks to James, the Home Upholsterer team really care about their customers and the webbing was reasonably priced and looks good quality! I would recommend Home Upholsterer to others and shop from them again.

I found Home Upholster online after doing a search for a company that could replace our relatively new foam sofa cushions purchased from a local foam/rubber company (the quality was not up to scratch). We were nervous about ordering foam from another state; but the fabulous reviews gave us the confidence to make contact with Home Upholster.The customer service is beyond fabulous. James E from Sales and Support guided us through the entire process; to selecting the foam grade (there’s an amazing online foam calculator); to suggesting what comfort layers would be suitable. James E even allowed us to send our existing sofa cushion covers so there was no chance that we could make a mistake in measuring the foam.This is a brilliant family operated Australian business with out-of-this-world customer service – thank you again James E and the team at Home Upholster. I just received my order to replace the foam seats on my tired sofas, and I am thrilled with the product and the accuracy of cutting the right size. Thank you SO much for my couch seat foam. Delivery within 3 days from NSW to VIC which i was not expecting at all! Customer service was excellent, as I called up to clarify afew things, and they gave me honest answer, without trying to oversell items. By far, the cheapest foam I could find online, and excellent quality.

Got some sofa seat cushion foams replaced here. Home Upholsterer had a range of foams available, the man patiently explained to us the differences and let us sit on some samples to get a feel for the firmness/softness of each. They got the job done fast, professionally and even helped us put our old covers back on. This was an easy way to extend the life of our sofa.Also appreciated their website. It has a quoting tool that took my measurements and gave me a quote for all their recommended foams for my application.I highly recommend this service they offer. Thank you!

I had such a wonderful experience at this store. Due to a glitch on the website I couldn't select my order to be delivered, so I ended up picking it up. Joe provided excellent service and gave me fantastic advice with my project. He is polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. So it was well worth the drive!
