I come into the store now and again just to grab my papers or a lighter. Noticed new staff and have noticed a change in the store over the christmas and new year. Not only does the store feel welcoming, the music might be too loud and the young lady turned it down for me. Which is considerate for someone like me that suffers from loss of hearing as a kid. I find some of the staff at times don't take notice. I can't remember her name but thank you.

Came into the store today to buy a billie and i could barely see any of them. All the lights were out on the shelf i wanted to look at. Didn't end up buying one because i couldn't see what i was buying. The man working today also didn't seem very interested in helping me. I love this place but it's gone down hill

Noah at cloud 9 is a go to guy for everything vape related. Awesome guy who has for years been so helpful especially when I have had so many issues with vapresso sky solo vapes leaking and coil issues. Bring back the tarot nano my oldie and goodie that just keeps on lasting. Noah is helpful, knowledgeable and no question is a dumb question with him.
