Judy Allen Bookkeeping

My experience with using Judy's services was definitely not a good one. A a small business I entrusted her with my accounts to make sure that the work was completed correctly. After deciding not to continue with her services as and taking it to another company i was told that the work was done incorrectly after calling her with our new account to find out a few things she had done on our accounts as our new account seemed to be a little confused as to how the work had been done by Judy, Her reaction to this call was completely unprofessional and uncooperative which lead to an argument I found this extremely unprofessional. Due to the lack of communication and coming back from overseas from our travels for work we had missed a payment of about $600.00 and kindly emailed her to explain that we would sort it out when we get back. After emailing her she did not respond to the point where we wanted to ask for the statement of previous payments to make sure they were correct again no response. To the point that she felt the need to take it to a credit agency with added fees due this crisis which is heartless, bad business relationship and greed how can anyone conduct business like this would not recommend this business.

Judy Allen personally looked after the books for my confectionery bouquet business, bloom'a'licious. When I took my books to my tax agent she remarked at the outstanding bookkeeping Judy had done making her job so much easier. Judy has a very courteous manner and cares about her clients and their businesses.

We have used Judy as our businesses bookkeeper for the past 3 years from the inception of our business to date.We have always found Judy to be prompt, accurate, and professional in all aspects of her role within our business.We appreciate the efforts Judy has gone to support us and our growing business, and are so grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond.

Judy has helped out in our business several times. Her approach is professional, she communicates well, is reliable and has high work ethics. I highly recommend her!
