Petbarn Mirrabooka staff always super helpful. On this occasion one of the delightful staff carried a large bag of dogfood across the car park for me (had my hands full with my dog Poppy after a dog wash).

Online ordering was very easy and was able to read all the ingredients on the products I ordered. The products were exactly what I ordered which were also greatly priced. I would like to thank the delivery person as he was very polite, had a smile on his face and a delight to deal with. Thank you.

Always greeted by the friendly staff who are attentive. Good variety but I wish they stocked Reptile keeping supplies.

The lovely young lady that assisted me met the on line discounted price and I saved nearly $80 on flea treatment. We had a lovely chat about my passed dog ad she had a shar pei as a child. She was previously at Dog Swamp store and we spoke about the mascot. Good staff. Bad location though. I wish her a Happy New Year (sorry forgot her name)

My favourite place to bath my dog and the best Petbarn for bathing too.A seperate room enclosed with a glass door with two gated off baths inside.Having it not out in the open is perfect if your dog is a bit excitable, nervous or anxious.$10 to use the bath for 10 minutes.You can either pay at the counter and get club credits or tap and pay on the machine attached to the bath.You can also tap and pay if you need extra time, however, I find 10 minutes very sufficient.The water is warm and there are options for;shampoo, conditioner, rinse and even flea eradicator.There is also the option to blow dry your dog, a “lo and hi” option depending on your dogs needs.As I have a German Shepherd, I find the high blow dry very useful.Don’t forget to use the last minute to disinfect the bath ready for the next fury friend to have their bath.

Coco was very helpful and provided great suggestions and information. They were patient and provided great customer service and further reading for a healthy diet. I’ll be back, highly recommend.
