Do not tell you, you won’t get your issue resolved on your first appointment, costing two appointments with 2.5 weeks to get issues / huge hole/ broken tooth fix.

Dr Vini and Ella were very kind to my kids who had checkup and cleans today. My son got to press the buttons on the chair and spray the air and my daughter loved the donut sunglasses. We will definitely be back again.

Now know one is a fan of the dentist but the team here at Pacific Smiles Deception Bay are ultra professionals! I visited the clinic for the first time today and seen Dr Vaneeta Sharma. What a professional who is very dedicated to her profession and patients. Very thorough, explained everything, was gentle and considerate and had some great follow up advice to consider. I’m not happy because I can feel the injection on my gum I was trying to stop but doctor still continue to give me the needle that’s was horrible and I have another appointment again I’m thinking should I cancel my appointment next time and look for another dental.until now I can’t sleep and thinking about it that doctor should listen and stop and put more numb on my gum.I hate it still remember what happen maybe because it’s a government funding maybe that’s why

If I could rate this practice 6 stars I would. As soon as you walk into this practice the staff are friendly and professional. Dr Jeff Xiao (Dentist) was incredibly great and made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I travel over 500kms to visit this practice as I know they are professional, friendly and will make you feel comfortable. Highly reccomend!
