Poor qualityUpon wearing a pair of earrings once, I experienced an incident where one earring came loose and fell out of my ear. Moreover, I noticed that one of the pieces on the earring detached. My assessment of the manufacturing quality is rooted in the fact that I expected better from Black and Bloom, given their reputation for higher standards. It is disappointing that despite my transparency in providing the company with a photo of the damaged earring, they did not offer any discounts on future orders or provide a replacement. They informed me that incidents like this were not covered by their policies. This incident serves as a reminder to carefully consider the product quality before making a purchase.
