Having a chronic injury I found myself struggling for nearly 2 years coping with pain and daily ability. The approach of treating pain, exercise, and the right mindset brought much relief to my life in general. I am very thankful for the team at Advanced Healthcare for giving me the close attention I really needed to sort it all out. The plan was excellent and the support of the mix of medication, physio, and mindset was professional and done with a can do approach with reasonable goals along the way. It is great to have a team to work with when you have a injury your struggling with. The physio team has been a great help with learning to pace myself and teaching me all the right exercises to help with my recovery.

Advanced really helped me with my injury in alot of ways, from handling my flare ups, how to correctly increase muscle in the right and safe ways, without weights while I has a disc injury. Junze was excellent at getting me through all of this. Leaving the program now I feel much more confident when it comes to seeing how to move forward and what to do to improve and also how to manage my injury when it comes to set backs.
