QML Pathology

First time visiting here. At about 7 this morning. Served within 15 minutes. Was expecting a longer wait times as not many pathologies are open at that time. They seem to have a good system in place. Great service and well looked after. Would go back here again.

Went to pathology 4.51pm even close at 5 pm .lady was so rude didn't pay attention and denied to do the blood test argument was she can't stay back .saying come back another time because only 8 minutes left to close the door refusing healthcare when a blood test would take less time than that. So disappointed .

Just another poor customer service review, arrived at 1010 closed at 1100, waited to get served only to have payment issues. Went out to phone partner to confirm all ok our end which it was took approx 5min… to be told sorry we now close in 20mins you will have to come back tomorrow… 40mins wasted travel time and same the following day to return. Don’t wast you time going here if it can be avoided. Hopefully someone steps in soon and turns this place around. All reviews are the same.

28/08/2022 Went to register for blood test and very abruptly told to wait outside by some rude guy behind the counter. Didn't even have the courtesy to say take a number. No chairs outside and freezing cold. Standing outside at 7am in the cold wind is not good. I'll go elsewhere now.

Front desk had a rude staff member who’s name was Dawn. We were told to wait outside until seats inside were available due to distancing regulations which I understood. I patiently waited and then moved inside when seats became available. She did not take my details once inside but she walked outside and took down the details of others who showed up after me. She also let others who showed up after me get there tests done first. I was still waiting patiently until she finally decided to talk to me and she suggested I cut in line and was about to kick me out. I explained I didn’t and that I was waiting outside and then I came inside. She then hesitantly proceeded to finally take my details and then when it was finally my turn she was very dismissive while doing my test. Also the clinic was not up to COVID-19 sanitary standards.

It amazes me how rude most of the staff at this clinic are. There are a couple that are good but rarely get them however majority are so rude with their customer services skills. If you don't like your job then do something else. Every time you feel like you're botheringg them. Terrible service overall.

If you need to make an appointment, don't even bother trying to contact this clinic. They don't answer the phone or emails and will never get back you to. Poor customer service and I will never be back.

I was.on a mobility device. I was in excruciating pain in my knee. I was already inside the clinic sitting down in one of their chairs distanced from everybody else. Then the lady in the desk said to get out coz they only allow a few people. I was upset for the first time after years of going there for my routine test.No empathy at all. Would have given 0 but no option.

Had a positive experience here don’t know why everyone is so angry? Had a great phlebotomist with many tattoos. Forgot her name but nothing negative here like these comments.
