I was going through a terrible time in my life and needed to store my belongings.As soon as I stepped foot into the carrum downs store I was greeted by a lovely lady sal.She not only helped me find a affordable stronge unit but made me feel so much much with her support and care she showed me.Many times I would go into my storage unit for work items she was always there to put a smile on my face.What a asset she is to your company !!!I have also recommend alot of my friends now they to have storage units there as well.Thank u sal for everything x

I was with Arthur’s Storage for over 3 years and could not highly recommend any company more. Sal was wonderful to associate with and went beyond the call of duty when I locked myself in and with any problems I had she was more than happy to work with me to sort them out. Free trailer use was also very useful & convenient. Very secure & clean location. For me it was a 10 out if 10 experience

Stored our belongings at Arthur's for over a year and they were great to work with and the ability to use their trailer for free is a major bonus. Arthur's storage is clean and secured with friendly and easy to work with staff. We highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

I have been using Arthurs Storage for well over a year and I have to say what a pleasure it is when I have to come into the office, nothing is ever to much trouble as the onsite Manager, Sal is eager to please and extremely helpful. So much so that I recommend this facility to anyone I know, including my son and daughter in law who had to use the facility recently after the sale of their property, they were very happy with the service and the help and patience of Sal did not go unnoticed. I only wish that other organisations had the helpful and courteous staff at their front end" that Sal provides for Arthurs. I recently have experienced terrible incompetence from two seperate companies where my accounts have either been misplaced or staff have been hopeless so trust me when I say how appreciative my wife and I are of the Onsite Manager at Arthurs
