Pro Dog Training

I recently worked with Michele in some private sessions with my 5 year old girl who doesn't take well to strangers. It was impossible to stop her barking if someone entered our home, she would get extremely on edge.After only a few sessions, I was seeing a different dog. Michele taught me how to strengthen my communication/relationship with my dog without just telling me what to do but also explaining why. It is clear Michele is both highly experienced and passionate about what she does, I'm incredibly appreciative of the work she's done for me and my dog.I would recommend Michele and Pro Dog in a heartbeat, I'll certainly be back if I introduce a new pup to my pack.Big thanks!

I have been taking my 2 year old rescue dog to one on one lessons with Chloe for a few months now and I cannot recommend her and Pro Dog Training highly enough. When I first enrolled, to be quite honest, I had mostly lost all hope that my dog with significant behavioural issues (highly reactive to other dogs and sometimes people) would improve. I'm so happy to say that after consistent training with Chloe, my dog has improved so much already - our bond has strengthened immensely and I no longer dread taking him out of the house (I actually look forward to it!). I'm so grateful for Chloe's hard work helping me and my dog. I only wish I had known about Pro Dog Training when I first adopted my dog!

I just finished 3 one-on-one sessions with my new rescue dog and I'm so happy with the ProDog! I've got a high-energy, good learner so was keen to take him to group agility classes but he used to get very distracted by other dogs so decided to start with one-on-one sessions, on the recommendation of the trainers here and I'm so glad I did. It's helped us build an amazing foundation, my dog is loving his training and we've already learnt so much together. Emma was an amazing trainer and always made our sessions so easy to understand and so much fun. I can't wait to come back for group sessions!

Prodog are awesome! Lucy attends daycare and also level 3 training. It's clear that she loves daycare and the socialisation has helped her become a confident and self assured pup. Training with Nicole is also proving to be a great experience as week by week she learns more about being her very best self! I highly regard the staff and trainers at Pro Dog and recommend them as the best in the business with exceptional customer service!

I could sing the praises of ProDog all day if asked, so better I just leave a short review.We have been working with Nicole in her Working Dog Level 1 class and our 1 year old GSD loves her, and so do we! We’ve learned so much across so many different areas of training: play, obedience, markers. And all the work is paying off beautifully. We are so proud of how well he is doing and we owe so much of that to Nicole and the ProDog team!Best and most important of all, our dog loves his training sessions and is receiving the enrichment he needs - easy to tell because he can’t keep his eyes open in the car on the way home!We’ve already booked in for Level 2 and can’t wait to keep building on all the skills he’s learned so far. I cannot recommend this place highly enoughMy 3 year-old rescue Border Collie has previously been described by another dog trainer as 'aggressive', 'may never interact with other dogs' and 'you should consider medicating him'.After roughly 3 months of training with Buddy, my boy Cruz has made enormous progress and I couldn't be happier! He still needs a lot of work and is reactive towards some dogs, however, he can finally be off-leash, run around, chase balls and - yes - run with other dogs if the situation allows! Nothing makes me happier than seeing him run through the park and finally being able to live the happy life he deserves. Thank you Pro Dog and Buddy for all your help!!

Can't recommend this service enough.We have 2 large dog breed puppies who were unmanageable and very difficult.With 6 individual sessions everything has changed for the better.Now they are walking by my side, no pulling or jumping.Getting in and out of the car safely without running off.We are now able to go to the cafe and have a coffee with friends and the dogs know how to lay down, be calm and rest.But most of all my partner and i have really started to enjoy spending quality time with the dogs, it's no longer a chore.I will be enrolling in more classes in the very near future.Thank you pro dog training and especially thank you Sigrid.

I have trained dogs professionally for over 20 years and am always eager to learn and be challenged with my own dogs. After much searching, and delay due to cost, I found ProDog. Nicole and the ProDog team are top notch. Skills in class are worked on rather than tested. I receive specific advice for my style and dog and given freedom to be creative. I feel respected for my knowledge and challenged to think differently. Advice is specific and clear. Classes are well managed with skill level and energy. I feel motivated to improve my relationship with my dog and sharpen our skills as a team. I appreciate that the ProDog team are always seeking knowledge to develop themselves as well. The cost is well worth it and I only wish I would have started with them sooner.

We immensely enjoyed and got so much out of the working dog classes with Nicole. Nicole has such skill and compassion, not to mention understanding of working breeds including our GSD puppy. We have a suspicion that Nicole’s second language is German Shepherd. Highly recommended.

The team at Pro Dog Training are highly trained, committed and knowledgeable. My dog developed some challenging behaviours around the age of 18 months and I have been taking him to one on one training for the past four months. He is calmer, happier and I feel more confident in understanding how to manage him at home and when we are out in public. We are also enrolled in Level 2 obedience and the trainers are extremely consistent with positive reinforcement and helpful in class each and every week. Highly recommended!
