Hi Tu (Sorry if this is incorrect - my hearing aids were not working) Thank you so much for you patience and help to get my hearing aid to restart and to reinstate the app on my phone. I had removed it this morning as I believed that it was interfering with them working. I now have also got the radio talking in my ear so I believe that my incoming phone calls will do the same. I am also so pleased that I now understand how to reset and to also use the app when I wish to. Thank you. I should have called you prior to this as I had become so disenchanted with my expensive product because of so many failures"

Android system upgrade 9 weeks ago voided my ability to use Bluetooth for cochlear and Resound GN hearing aids. My audiologist (after 3 visits) couldn't rectify the problem, but Craig from GN hearing came to my rescue- he tried to reinstall Bluetooth capability without suggest and suggested purchasing an iPhone. I did and Craig was then able to reinstate Bluetooth capability for me. Thank you Craig for your time, effort and dedication to solve my significant problem!!

I use GN Hearing aids and I am very impressed with the quality of the product. I got mine from Hearing Australia just recently and setting the aids to work with my mobile was very good.
