Dermott was very helpful, gave us very good advice and cleaned our lovely rug which had been affected by dog urine unfortunately. We really did not think it would be possible to repair it effectively.When he returned the rug to us it looked fabulous. We were so happy with the result and with the good advice going forward.The cost was very reasonable and well worth to keep this quite unique and sentimental rug.

I have used Capetmaster and Dermotts services twice now in two separate locations. The carpet and couch were so heavily stained I thought I would need to replace them. Dermott proved me wrong! Highly recommend these guys!

Dermott was informative and had a lot of industry information and was willing to share, he let me know when he was coming did a great job and would recommend Dermott as a great local business, and no pushy upselling, no call centre a great service that I will continue to use.
