Wayne and Allan have helped me in a desperate situation with a tricky spare part. While the internet and the rest of Australia could not help me, these guys dug a bit deeper and the spare part was in my hands within a couple of days. Excellent service! I had the most awful experience shopping at Toolmart, I purchased a Makita tool which didn’t work correctly out of the box. They told me they would need to send it off to be serviced rather than a direct replacement. I augured the point and they finally agreed to swap it out, but made me feel like they were doing me a favour! Allen was great until there was a problem, the Belmont store came to the rescue but were very rude about it. Where’s the service? What’s the point of shopping at a store that doesn’t support its customers. I really did want to support a small store but I Hate to say it I’d go back to Bunnings any day after that experience.

Haven’t been here for a long time since the old manger was a joke and useless. The new guys are awesome best tool shop in O’Connor area will order stuff over the phone no need for deposits etc.

Went there for the 1st time the other day and I couldn't of left happier, Allan was great sorting my needs they even actually called me back like they said they would and I placed my order over the phone. Little shop but with a great range. Thanks guys keep up the great work!

Ordered a bag online to be picked up from O'Connor shop. No updates after few days so called WebSales, was told it had already arrived and ready for pick up the day before. When my husband went and picked it up for me, the guy wasn't happy about me calling up to check the order and complained to my husband because apparently he called someone else and left a message". I'm the only person who would receive the message on the number provided
