Ordered a chips schnitzel hot pack and was accidently put through as a Schnitzel hot pack and without even having to ask the lovely young girl altered my order to remove the peas but kept the carrots. Always great food and service!

I want to compliment the new owners of the Stirling chicken shop for the amazing job they are doing! I have been ordering food from them a couple times a week and every time it has been on point! Also Jeanie’s rice pudding is fantastic and I highly recommend!

I have been a customer of the shop under the old owners for over 15 years. Always consistently good, tasty food and prompt service. Placed a phone order on the weekend and was told it would be ready in 25mins. Arrived there at the 30min point to a very full shop of waiting customers. Waited another 25mins. My order was quite simple....a chicken cut into 8, chips & gravy and 2 salads.Whilst waiting, I noticed a teenage girl working there, painfully slow in packing orders, rolling her eyes when her boss gave her directions, a number of times, in full view of customers. Not a good vibe.I know the owners are new and also appreciate that it takes a few months to get systems etc rolling smoothly, but the delay for such a simple order was disappointing. Also when I tried the chicken, it was dry and lacking in flavour. The stuffing was not good, crumbly, tasteless and dry.To pay $19 for a chicken that was dry was disappointing, not to mention the loooong wait.I'll give them another go in a few months and hopefully they will have improved.

Popped in for a quick snack of hot chips and a piece of fish. Not a busy day but still waited for 20+min. Food was fresh and good enough.

Stirling Chicken is now under new management and my latest visit was very disappointing.The customer service isn't as helpful and friendly as the boys used to be and the food was no where near as good. I don't think I'll be going back again.

The roast chickens are nice, and the chips consistently quite good. Unfortunately the chicken burgers are a big letdown because they are formed-meat patties, I assume brought in frozen. I expected better from a chicken shop.

Stirling Chickens has recently changed owners and since, the food has been amazing and has enhanced the essence of the original menu! I have had nothing but pleasant experiences and I hope everyone gives it a go.
