Hello Home Doctor Service

If I could put 0 I will. Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Waste of time. Waiting for long time, more than 4hrs and no doctor will come. They should inform right away that its only a telephone doctor.

Terrible serviceI waited 4 hours for a Dr consultWhen the dr called me I was told my scripts would be ready within the next 10minsNearly two hours later after multiple emails and a phone call I was told that my my scripts would not be able to be completed.I would have had an easier time waiting hours in the ER room - avoid, avoid, avoid

An excellent experience.I got through on the phone quickly, without a long hold (unlike 3 other home doc services I tried phoning).The triage operator was helpful, professional and efficient, informing me I would get a phone call (tele consult) within 4 hours.I called at 03:42, and a doctor phoned at 05:09. The doctor was impressive. I received a prompt script via text message.Next time, I will call Hello Home Doctor Service first.

I wanted to convey my thanks and appreciation for your Home Doctor Service.I have found the team in the call centres and the Doctors to be exceptionally responsive and caring.The commitments to times and call backs are on a level I have never experienced before.Dr Christopher Hicks who I met today was probably one of the best and thorough Doctors I have met.Please convey my thanks to him and your team. Please keep doing what you are doing. It’s brilliant.

7 hours after booking no sign of Dr, although appreciate things can happen. Reason for the 1 star is the lack of communication, no ETA and no follow up.Dr was supposedly in our area, with a 4 hr wait. Seems like they want to get you in a queue without any intention of actually arriving or allowing you to manage the circumstances effectively.If you want someone to turn up look elsewhere.I'll provide the pharmacist who recommended this service gets our feedback also to ensure others aren't subjected to the poor service.Reading the other non-sponsored" reviews

Waste of time. My wife had a lung infection from covid but no longer infectious. She needed a visit but They changed her to a telehealth call some hours after the initial request, and then they told her to take over the counter medication she cannot take. These services need proper regulating.

Immediate call from a friendly admin person who reconfirmed my details. However I’ve been waiting 8hrs now for a Telehealth call… not impressed

The biggest waste of time. Advised by 13HEALTH to see a GP. All clinics are closed since it’s 6pm New Year’s Day. Called one home doctor who service my area but nobody wants to come. Called this one and was told there’s a wait up to four hours. Gave the guy my run down which involved possible heart issue. SIX HOURS later (midnight) I get a call from the “GP” with questions about what I’m coughing up and what type of fluid is coming from my nose. Clearly this guy has someone else’s notes. When I told him what’s happening he said I just need to go to the hospital “ok” then hung up. Six hour wait for a four minute call. Unbelievable. Talk about not giving a s**t.

Dr B. Mortimer was excellent, she took the time to listen to my concerns and check over my children and explain the situation in a friendly and informative way, she didn’t rush through the consult and was great with both kids. She was very friendly and genuine. The best home Dr experience we have had.

Waited 5 hrs for an Indian that didn’t speak English and wouldn’t help me even though I am bed ridden with extreme morning sickness… said she has “never heard of an IV drip” where did these doctors go to school. Then she said she could only give me a medication that I already have… and when I said no there has be something else she hung up on me… now I rang back and they have made another appt for 6pm tonight when I can’t get medication…I’ve made a complaint to the health complaints commissioner as she should not be a doctor…
