I’m not comfortable in a gym at all. But working with Michael he has made it feel really comfortable and natural. Michael understands me and works with me to grow and improve. Pushing me just enough that it makes me do better. He certainly has helped me create my doday!!

Michael's training style rocks!!Michael is like that cheeky big brother that can convince you to do anything he asks. To achieve our best potential we all need a little guidance and direction and Michael provides this with his knowledge and great understanding of the fitness industry. Oodles of character and laughs along the way makes workouts with Michael fun and enjoyable rather than a chore, that little part of my day I look forward to.Everyones journey through fitness is different, it requires discipline, hard work and dedication, it is far from easy but with Michael in your corner tailoring to your needs, motivating and encouraging you to push that little bit extra each time, you will achieve your goals and he will be there every step of the way to the finish line, even if the end goal changes he will have your back right to the end and beyond.Don't wait get on the Mikey Train!! whoop!! whoop!!

Michael is a great trainer - he's empathetic and flexible to your lifestyle and needs, but knows how to strike to right balance to help you work towards your goals. Oh and you'll have a lot of fun while you're at it - he has a great sense of humour and will have you laughing so much your workout will be over before you know it!

Gotta love having a good smash at the gym with Michael! He knows his stuff, pushes you to improve, but can also be flexible in the programming when needed. Very friendly and professional. The blood of a Greek warrior flows through his veins!

Michael is an excellent PT with a great training style and great personality which makes working out both fun and extremely effective. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get back into the fitness game. He will push you to your limits but you will reap the rewards.

Have been training with Michael for some time now, and I've been very happy with the progress and Michael's expertise. Each workout program has been tailored to my own goals and fitness level, the programs are great and the difficulty progresses as you become stronger and more experienced. The only thing I regret is not starting sooner.
