We got scammed by Samantha. She acted outside the terms and conditions clearly specified on her website when we provided significant notice for a cancellation. We then did a google search on her and found Elysium Builders and the STORY was even more severe! Avoid at all costs!!

Sam has been an amazing help in assisting us to manage and curate our holiday rental. She had a great eye for detail and had a warm and kind approach. We couldn't be happier with her service. She is also very mindful in the way she deals with guests and has been awesome with corresponding across multiple platforms. Would highly recommend her.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a ‘Samantha’ who manages the Deviot Boathouse. Not only did she not conduct herself professionally, she threatened me personally and has vindictively sought to destroy my chances of renting other properties in the future. A truly distressing experience for me and my family.
