He promptly responded and what I really liked was how professional, understanding and knowledgeable he was. Mark explained what had happened and how it happened and suggested ways to fix the problem in future. Mark completed extensive electrical work throughout our home. He replaced all of old internal lights with LED downlights, fans installed to all bedrooms, new electrical sockets and TV aerials installed, old sockets replaced, external LED downlighting installed to the eaves of our home and a sensor light to our front door. Mark explained our options, gave us a detailed quote and helped us with our lighting plan to ensure our needs were met. He even re-labelled our electricity box switches for us.
