I give one ★ because 0 it’s not allowed. The candidates’ experience during the hiring process is terrible. The “director” of the agency makes you lose an incredible amount of time asking stupid questions about how you deal with X and Y, how do you work blablabla, and if the salary range doesn’t fit what he’s willing to pay (really little. That’s why he looks for profiles from Philipinnes and so on where salaries are less than in AU, USA or EU) he doesn’t spend even 5 minutes to take a look at your profile. So, guys, invest a bit more in talent and setting up a DECENT hiring process or don’t make people loose time. AND BTW: if you tell him what is going on and why you’ve been discarded for no reason after answering a huge lot of questions. He does not answer. HE BLOCKS YOU! Ahahaha funny acting like that when he’s supposed to be an EXPERT in COMMUNICATION. LOL :)
