Glen, Debbie and the team built us an amazing house!We chose HALD over other, larger building companies because we had a particular idea in mind of a customised plan, with extras that we wanted to add in. Since Glen is the builder, we didn't have to go through multiple sales reps. We went straight to the source, let them know our ideas and they made it happen.Pricing is honest. They didn't have any promotions or anything like that, but we had an itemised costing of our ideas so again we could pick and choose what suited our needs and we knew exactly what we were getting.Really happy as well with the project management as we were kept involved from start to finish, and happy with the quality of work.

I built my house with Glen in end of 2018 and until now the house built Quilty is very good and strong. They are very responsive to solve any issue quickly, since we deal directly with the owner. Now I comeback to them to build my second home in coomera and it is recommended to use them since they can do custom home..

If you like personalised service, customisable House, experience builder, fantastic after sales service, then it will have to be them. Who care if they are big company like Metricon or Clarendon? I care about the quality of my house and the way they deal with problems, flawless.

I have had contacts with many builders over the past few years. In short, this company cares and goes the extra mile to assist. They have provided very detailed feedback (at their own expense) about land that I want to purchase and have been very flexible in terms of new home builds, whether it’s their own plan, or custom design. I feel safe knowing that I can move forward and not have the typical stress or pressure that comes with some builders.

I would highly recommend HALD for anyone in Brisbane/Gold Coast who is looking for a company to build their house. They are a small company who are passionate about their work and go above and beyond to ensure that the end product is one that is going to meet the needs of their clients. Through every step of the planning and construction process I was kept informed, and the knowledge and experience of the site manager meant that the construction was completed to a high standard, and even a couple of weeks ahead of schedule. I have been in my new house for twelve months now and am very happy with every aspect of it.
