Terrible product! terrible service!I bought a KARCHER G32OO Petrol Pressure Washer on 11/9, 2022, just to clean driveway, fences, pavement etc. in my house. The machine makes terrible noises and vibrations when it runs. I've only used it a few times since I bought it, for a total of no more than 10 hours, and found that the bottom frame was broken. I delivered the machine to the store, and a clerk told me they will contact me what to do about it. A week later I called the store, a clerk asked me not to call them, they will call me. Three weeks later I called the store, a clerk told me they will email me about it. It's been almost a month since the machine was returned to the shop, and I haven't heard anything yet.

Fine but I bought one thing providing my mobile number and Sydney Tools spams me with SMS ads. When I go to the unsubscribe link it just takes me to the home page. Great way to make me shop with their competitors instead.

If I could give zero stars I would. What an incompetent staff members. What is the point of spending $3k+ on tools here when as soon as they break they won’t do absolutely nothing to help but tell you to buy another one. On top of that to get my saw back it’ll take 2 months plus. I will never ever buy a single thing from Sydney tools. How disgusting this company is

I ordered a hydraulic lift table from Sydney tools online. The website told me upfront there would be a couple of months wait. That was fine, I wasn't in a rush.A couple of months then passed, I hadn't heard anything from them, so I called and I asked for an update. They told me there was a delay and it would be another month. This same process went on for over a year, with me calling and them telling me there was another month or two delay.Again, I wasn't in a rush, but I still wanted the table for a project, so had been happy to wait.The final time I called the store, the guy went off to check and said oh.... Bad news... It came in

It is always an absolute pleasure going to the Sydney Tools - Port Melbourne. I have other hardware stores close to me, but I rather go across town to buy off these guys, especially Eli, John and Sam. Fantastic customer service, great product knowledge and always goes out of his way to help find the best solutions for my needs. I highly recommend Sydney Tools at Port Melbourne. If I could I would give this review 10 stars. Definitely will be back again to the store.Thanks heaps!

They shipped me a wrong item which costs like $5, my original item price was $12. And they are making me wait forever to send the item i ordered. They have no support for online orders, just some call center. They post memes on Facebook everyday but dont answer any messages. Terrible scammers.

Purchased a few things from them on Boxing day worth $8,5K. After calling multiple times to try find out where the equipment was over a 2 week period they finally told me they cant get one of the items. I asked for a refund and 2 weeks later I still haven't gotten one, all I get are calls telling me its coming dont worry. I be nervous doing a big purchase through them again.

called up about a torque wrench and the person on the phone was great, by the time I arrived it had been set aside for me, however seconds after spending $200 I was asked to put my bag behind the counter before browsing the rest of the store. disrespectful
