I must say that dealing with patterson Glass and Bev has been an insult to my intelligence. Over 4 weeks promises of a quote and excuses and finally giving me a verbal quote today of over $6000 for one 2400x1600 sliding door with security door. Almost twice of what it should be and a total rip off. And to top it off they can not even send me an email. Patterson gets first price from me for incompetent and unprofessional conduct.It seems that this company has no reputation to protect and can treat customers as insignificant. Maybe my -1 rating for you and posting on google may help you finding your feet

We had two sets of balcony doors replaced in our 13th floor unit. After receiving several quotes we went with Patterson Glass. It was a fairly difficult job with lifts and all to contend with. The job was completed on time with everything going according to plan. The men on our job were very professional and cared about doing a great job. The end result is perfect! Very pleased and would definitely recommend Patterson Glass.

One of your employees decided to go around me on a blind turn, in doing so nearly had a head on collision with an oncoming truck, having to then cut back in front of me and nearly coming in contact with the front of my Ute. Absolute pork chop.

I had custom sized glass plates cut for console table tops to protect the top wood part.The glass was cut perfectly to size and delivered within the time frame that was organised. On pick up day the glass plates were loaded into my car- good service and good price!

We received an excellent service and the work was completed in a timely manner.Looking at some of the negative reviews, all I can say is that I think people are IMPATIENT, EXPECT QUALITY BUT DON'T LIKE PAYING FOR IT.
