Bilal helped with my recent tax return. I found him to be extremely helpful. He guided me through the claim and I was very happy with the outcome. I look forward to using Bilal again in the future.

We managed to get a mid-october appointment having booked in July and advised of an extremely busy schedule. The appointment as advised would be a telephone appointment and we ensured we would not be working that day to ensure our availability. Having taken the effort to be available, the accountant proceeded to be over an hour and a half late for the appointment. When he eventually did call back, he went through the motions and gave a very detailed service which we were impressed with. He advised us that he would send the documents to sign before close of business, and advised us to pay the $190 fee (each) on receipt of the documents. 2 days passed, no documents. I called to chase up the documents but no answer at 3 different times throughout the day. I called every day for the next 7 days as well as emailed, no answer. Eventually 17 days after the appointment they bothered to answer the phone and apologised noting they were very busy. They sent through the documents and I paid the fees. It wasn't until 3 weeks later after no word/payment from the ATO that I questioned whether my partners return had actually been sent. I made another call. This time I was told they were again busy and that they had now been sent. I received my return on 5/11 and my partner received hers on 22/11.Overall the experience was poor. Communication is non-existent, professionalism is lacking and there was no effort to apologise for the lack of service despite having shelled out almost $400. Won't be going back.

After being in Australia for 6 years this was the most efficient tac return I have ever done! Very informative of new changes etc, took the time to throughly go over everything to make sure we didn’t miss anything! Highly recommend their service! The phone consult was efficient and professional, and Bilal ensured to answers all questions I had regarding claiming eligibility which in term term maximised my tax return. My sister and I are also first home owners, and Bilal was patient and explained every detail of what we could claim and was clear with what documents were necessary for the tax return. I felt the need to write this review not only to support a great local business but to let others know of the professional and friendly service I was provided. Bilal took my booking and from the start was professional, friendly and knowledgeable in all taxation issues. I had property investments, shares and various work expenses but he knew the details of my industry and was knowledgeable, and helpful. A great father and son local business which I highly recommend.
