Sent this product to someone for a gift. They have received the product with NO instructions nor labeling on the box as to what to do with the product. The response I received from Ablespine was poor and condensending -refer to the links. Not good enough . Why would you send a gift when the recipient needs to do their own investigation as to how to use the product. The person who received the gift from me provided the following feedback : For what they charge it is ridiculous that they didn’t spend more on their packaging and promo material!".I was going to make a purchase of the product for myself after Christmas but after the lack of customer service I received I will not bother."

Excellent product. Really nicely designed and easy to us. I love the simple packaging, box was easy to recycled. As a professional therapist i use this daily to ease my back snd neck tension and have also recommended it to my clients

This product is brilliant. It releived so much tension in my thorasic spine. I can feel my disc separating. It is phenomenal. This plus a foam roller a peanut and hot water bottle. You don't need physio again.

The Ablespine is absolutely amazing. My husband and I use it regularly. I get chronic neck and shoulder pain that I normally need to visit a chiropractor / massage therapist for. In the late 90s I was hurt in a work accident that left me with muscle damage under my left shoulder blade that no one could release. Over time it pulled on my spine, shoulder, neck; I was living on chiropractic adjustments. I bought the ablespine hoping for some daily relief. Well, the first week it helped using it every night and doing the stretches my back started to feel good. The 2nd week all of a sudden (so loud my husband heard it) my shoulder popped and those muscles that have been holding it out of place for years adjusted. Now my back, shoulder, neck, hips etc have realigned and I am feeling stronger than ever. THANK YOU so much for this amazing product. I still use it every day and have gotten several friends to buy it and they are having great results also. It seems too simple but watch the videos and do the stretches, you will be amazed.

In using your product I must say its really well made and how sturdy it is.I found straight away when laying on it how out of align my back is, I only do 10 min a day.However the first time using the Ablespine product I felt winded, now that part has pastI just relax into it.Each day I find that the stretch is getting better and I think its aligning on its own some how.I highly recommend this product
