Vivid Flow Yoga and Pilates Studio

I cannot recommend this studio enough.Such an amazing and accomodating team that genuinely care about your progress. No instructor has been able to teach me so much body awareness like the instructors here.

I absolutely love this yoga and pilates studio! The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate, and the atmosphere is welcoming and calming. I've taken both yoga and pilates classes here and have seen a significant improvement in my flexibility and strength. The studio is always clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate the variety of class options available. Highly recommend!

Vivid flow is a lovely boutique space offering small sized yoga and Pilates classes and 1:1 Pilates reformer. A nice alternative to the larger and busier studios. All staff and trainers are super friendly and passionate about what they do!

What a wonderful class with an amazing teacher. Not having practised for a few years the class had all the elements I needed to ease back into it with a little challenge so I was all accomplished as well!! A beautiful way to start a Sunday. Thank you for a lovely class:) Shannon

Been going to Vivid flow, Yoga and Pilates studio since it opened. It’s a lovely studio offering Yoga and Pilates classes. I highly recommend any of their classes. The teachers are super nice and passionate at what they do.

As a physiotherapist I always recommend my patients go to the team at vivid flow. By far the best yoga and Pilates centre in Sydney.

It's easy enough to say -- Gardenia and Jessica and co. are helping me to fundamentally improve my life. There's a bit of arthritis in the hip and spine. There's some old surgery on the shoulder. There's other bits and bobs that don't work as well as they used to but these folks have led me through a regimen of Pilates and assisted stretching that has me clambering up on tables and beds like I used to, walking 10K steps plus almost every day (record is 18K so far!) and generally just hurting less and working better. Their caring and thoughtful approach helps me avoid injury and make steady progress. I'm stronger, fitter and more supple than I've been in years.

My new favourite studio in Sydney! If you like smaller yoga classes and friendly teachers, this is the place. I also find the timing and selection of classes works well for my schedule.
