My experience with Shade Factor was efficient, courteous, professional and completely friction free.I experienced 1 problem with one of the somfy motors fitted to an external blind which was remediated quickly - as soon as Paul Stalker became aware of the problem he immediately attended to the same.

We have had two external awnings from Shade Factor and most recently one needed a repair on the stitching of the valence. Service was prompt, friendly and fully repaired for a reasonable cost and awning back to as new" operation. The service person Darryn was excellent

Tried to get a basic quote for Blindspace Tracks quoting exact part numbers & quantities required.The best I could get back after having chase them up numerous times was should be roughly $$" for items I didn't require. I gave up and will make the parts myself on a 3D printer..."
