Absolutely appalling service!I couldn’t believe how rude they were to all customers.She completely rushed my shellac on toes and when I wasn’t happy with something as it was smudged she became aggressive and rude.I then asked for a manicure and once again was aggressive because I didn’t ask for it when I first walked in.Will never go back there again and would never recommend.

I visit Anna & the other staff at Cre8te nails on a regular basis. They always do a fantastic job & are happy to accommodate any request. I travel to visit the salon as I like their work. Would highly recommend.

If i could do a 0 for customer service i would! Nails look great but aside from that- SO extremely rude! Went in for french tip- not long but the lady said it was too long and would look really bad. All very aggressive when changing hands and were very judgemental! wouldn’t recommended if you want a nice experience.

Completely rude, simply wanting to have a nail repaired as it was going to break…just rudely refused because I didn’t attend this shop initiallyI thought I can’t possibly go back to Qld.Found another nail business close by, extremely happy to assist and to add to their generosity they insisted it was free. Some people are just heavenly kind. I’ll definitely be returning.

Do not get a pedicure here.

Normally ok work, but staff are abrupt bordering on rude when busy.My shellac pedicure bubbled - their fix was to practically file off my toenail, only to be left with the same issue after a new coat.

TERRIBLE !!!!!!!I had the worst experience today.First day of school holidays I decided to take my 9 year old and her friend to get their nails done as a treat.The lady working in the store aggressively tells me I must pay $20 for her to sit in hot water on the massage chair, ok sure no problems.Within 5 min she is yelling at me and my daughter that she needs to get out of the chair.The other women working in the store start yelling that my daughter is taking up the chair, mind you the salon is completely empty, I see why now.After much negotiating my daughter was allowed to stay in the chair while all the women sniggered around her and made us feel uncomfortable.Fast-forward to my nails...Initially I was quoted one price to get my tips done, then all of a sudden she is adding on an extra $15 telling me she is giving me a discount".I didn't care about the discount

My 13 year old has been to have her nails done here with her friend many times. Every time she asks for a particular treatment it’s never done the way she asks, they are abrupt, rude and aggressive. We sadly won’t be back as it’s suppose to be a treat for the girls and enjoyable. Not an uncomfortable experience feeling like they are in trouble and imposing.There is one particular lady who is like this and I'm sure she is either the owner or senior staff. The talk around Mornington is many have encountered her rude manner and it maybe best you address it.

Came in with a photo that I wanted, I got quoted $45 for this photo and I was happy with paying $45. I sat down got the photo done, and as I was coming up to pay stated it was $60. Just for French tip!? I stated this wasn’t what I got quoted and they continued to yell at me saying no one said that. They continued to make me pay $60, even tho on there brochure it also says $45. Been ripped off because I am a high school girl.
