Very friendly staffing and helpful and the quality of service in store has improved to excellent. The staff, mainly female are super attentive and knowledgeable of product and variants to suggest. It’s a class act now really and hope the company hierarchy leaves it as is.

Being a long term customer I was disgusted when my wife was in the Yamanto store today. One of the male staff had the hide to interrogate my wife about cooking sherry ensuring it wasn’t being purchased for my young daughter. Then proceeded with multiple questions. What a joke, how about some courtesy.

Wasn't buying alcohol and was refused service barely 1 meter in the door . I am 33 years old .Absolutely shocking customer service .There were other people (parents I'm guessing) walking around with their under-age children and seemed to be getting served . Also don't put a child on the front counter with no service skills .
