they are absolutely scammer, he put beautiful girl in front and he stay at the back do the job. I bought iPhone 10 plus she said new, she went at the back he put screen protector and cover and they took the receipt from the box carrying iPhone, I took it home check, so dirty and screech I brought to her I got the receipt first and I ask her for return, and he came out the back I was shocked I knew him, because it happened with my bro he was other shop, I want return he go left and right trying to give me iPhone 11, he said he can’t return the money I told waiting next day and another drama and I call police they talk to him somehow he accept to returning, who ever read this message don’t go there have bad experience like me.

We required couple of devices and had been looking for a while and needed it all to be easy not complicated or troubled with upsell. Sam was very good and knowledgeable. He was patient and his approach enabled me to purchase two mobile phones. Both devices were exactly what I wanted and got it at a bargain price. Very happy with the service

The lady there does not what she’s talking about and kept handling my phone very roughly, keep in mind it had no case on and she was throwing it around as if it was hers, not to mention she addresses other customers even though I was in line first and keeps stalling and wasting time, she also does not know anything about phones as she pretends to look through things when shes just swiping into random setting pages.

I recently purchased a phone from Cellpoint Mirrabooka, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I am writing this review to share my grievances regarding the poor service and product quality I encountered at this store.Firstly, the phone I purchased constantly loses its signal. It is extremely frustrating to be in the middle of an important call or browsing the internet only to have the signal drop unexpectedly. This renders the phone practically useless for its intended purpose and severely hampers its functionality.Moreover, the battery life of the phone is abysmal. It fails to hold a charge for even a short duration, forcing me to constantly carry a charger and search for outlets wherever I go. This significantly diminishes the phone's portability and convenience, making it an impractical choice for daily use.Despite these glaring issues, what has been even more disheartening is the lack of responsibility shown by Cellpoint Mirrabooka. When I approached them to address the problems with the phone, their response was utterly disappointing. They showed no willingness to acknowledge the faulty product they sold or take responsibility for the issues I encountered. It is simply unacceptable for a business to shirk its obligations towards customers who have purchased a defective item.To make matters worse, although the phone is still under warranty, Cellpoint Mirrabooka has refused to refund my money. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and leaves me feeling cheated and taken advantage of. A warranty should provide assurance and protection, but in this case, it has proven to be utterly useless.I strongly advise potential customers to avoid Cellpoint Mirrabooka at all costs. Their subpar products, lack of responsibility, and failure to honor warranty agreements demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I regret my decision to purchase a phone from this store and sincerely hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others.

Order placed more than a month ago & no sign of it. No tracking information provided despite several phone calls made to the business requesting it. I was told tracking info cannot be provided as the manager is on leave...?!

Great service! They understood exactly what I wanted/ needed and didn't push me to buy something I didn't want.They even helped me to set up me new phone and port everything over.They were really friendly, and went out of their way to bring the phone my husband wanted over so we didn't have to travel.I am thrilled, and will be getting all of my phones and accessories from them.
