Very unprofessional and not very polite.Regrettably I used their service when I purchased an investment property to go through my contract.Their mistake caused confusion in the settlement date and costed me more more money than it should have. Of course they took no responsibility for this mistake.They never called/texted me and only sent 2-3 emails during our engagement.I recommend saving yourself the headache and going with a more professional and ethical firm.
