I'm shocked how rude the lady was, so much attitudes. Then the place is absolutely disgusting, it's old and it looked like they haven't cleaned it in years. I almost tripped over bags of clothes when I entered the place, messy and dirty.For information, it's cold wash only and it last 30minutes for the self washing machine. No need to say it's not washing anything and the germs are remaining.Also she made me pay 5$ for it, disgusting how much she asked ask me, while she asked 3$ to someone else for the SAME wash just because she is Asian and I'm not.At the end, they are RASCIST, very rude and the place is just not worth it.Do not give it a go for your own good.

Terrible customer service, very rude and uncooperative when I first arrived, felt like I was ruining her day for being there. Got a quote of $40, turned up to pick up and told it was $60. After which tells me she only accepts cash, which is not advertised anywhere. Clothes were not folded, loosely shoved back into the bags. We were missing 2 socks however had been given 2 socks which were not ours. I will not return here, and do not recommend.

was quickly running out of time to do my laundry but the lovely service girl let me use the machine as she was due to close. WHAT SERVICE?! I've come here since and have never been disappointed with the help and service. $5 washes & $1/min dryer spins - what more can you ask for from a business in such a busy and expensive location.Thanks to you lovely people at Artarmon Laundrette for all that you do! Self Service $5 per load to wash, machines have a very good capacity.Loads take about 30 minutes start to finish.Just enough time for a brief walk and a coffee.We took our damp washing home to hang out but dryers are also available.Exactly what we needed.Staff member was very helpful.Thank you very much.

For a small surcharge, the nice lady did my laundry for me. I can find the time doing my shopping. Perfect.

I called in advance after reading another review that said you couldn't self-serve on weekends. I said I wanted to wash 3 duvets, was told it's $5 a load and $1/5 mins to dry, there would be 2-3 washing machines available. I drove 20 mins only to be told it would have to be in a large machine and would be $15 each (though the machine itself clearly said $6). Very misleading. They should clearly note their prices and communicate them so people don't waste their time.

Excellent service. I was able to drop off 5 loads of washing and have them washed for me within an hour. Prices are comparable to self serve machines. Glad I found this place.

MINUS 25 stars!!! Brought my Feather Duvet to this Laundrette to be cleaned. Was informed it would be ready the following day. Well, w/ the language barrier, I guessed that’s what I was told.Collected it the next day. As I am Anosmic, I asked my partner to smell if it has a clean scent, but as I was taking it out of the plastic bag they’d put it in, I felt the Duvet was damp :-( I hung it the next 36+ hrs to Air Dry.I would have thought a Laundromat that offers DRY cleaning, would actually DRY the Clothes/Bedding/Fabrics, not wash, & 1/2 dry them to promote Poisonous Blight :-€

Good service and quick turnaround time. Stained my black shirt with bleach by mistake but she took the time to dye it black again.

What a great laundry mat my husband is in North Shore Private had to stay longer than we thought and I am in regional NSW. He needed his laundry done I called Japan Mama and with no hesitation was happy to organise to pick up and deliver back to him. Thank you for your outstanding service.
