Update 16/12/2023Have 50,000 klms up now & travelled up & down the East Coast Melbourne to Brisbane & back four times. Over to Sth Australia, across the Nullabor to the West Coast up on to Darwin, down the Stuart Hwy through Alice Springs & home again. Towed by our trusty 2021 Prado.Our dual axle 19.6 ft Cruiser Caravan has been excellent. Had a lot of admirers asking about our caravan all around Australia. Easy to tow & we found great service back at Ian Grants Traralgon for our annual caravan service. We have all the weight distribution down pat now after a year of full travel.New Goodyear Tyres placed all round. Travels very well.2021 Finally picked up our caravan after a year of on & off again covid lock downs. we asked for a later date reschedule on delivery. great sales, great customer service up front honest communication during this time..highly recommend anyone in the market buying a caravan to give them a call or visit their Traralgon site. All hitched up on the delivery day & a full run down on how to use the van.. Any issues always ring them for advice. great team

From the moment I met this amazingly dedicated team and found my dream caravan I was so impressed with the professional service and care given to me by everyone at Ian Grants. I still love my van but related to Covid and family commitments my travelling is now on hold indefinitely and I had no choice but to sell. I just had to say the word and Ian organised the minor repairs (my fault) and detailing himself and the van sold in less than 2 months for a very fair price, what has been a very rough couple of years was made that much more bearable because of my experience with Ian Grants, I can't recommend them enough. This van was an Ian Grant Essential, it was my home for a while and it always felt like home, so comfortable, spacious and safe (being on my own) I cannot fault any part of my experience with this lovely team and if I choose to go down the Van life road again, I'll definitely be heading back to Ian for sure, thankyou all.

Ordered a van last year in May was promised by the salesperson that it would be ready in February 2023. This was the only reason we ordered. Communication then dropped off after signing the build order in December. We followed up in early February regarding status and the only reason I found out about delays (2 in 2 weeks which pushed it back over 2 months) was because I physically went into the dealer. They failed numerous time to return phone calls, not offering an apology for doing so, or provide an update. They then refused to return my 5000 dollar deposit when we cancelled the order. Only offering to try and speed up the build when we stated we wanted to cancel the order. As such can’t talk to the quality of the build but will say the communication customer service was sub par after ordering

They are the best in the business there is no two ways about it! Stacey was brilliant her customer service and care was great! Rob was brilliant no pressure sales and Ian at handover what can I say but thanks so so much!!!!

Very disappointed in the aftersales serviceBooked our caravan for a service and warranty repairs. It took three months to actually be able to have it serviced and repairs partially done.Initially we were told it would be ready on the day, had given a list over the phone of things that needed to be repaired or added. Told it would be completed in one day we live 100km from Traralgon, Told we can only drop off during the week as there is no storage facilities We rang a week before service was due with items to make sure. Assured yes it would be done. The sail track on the fridge side was supposed to be the full length to shade the window next to the bed as during summer, it becomes very hot. It stopped short of the window.All the rubber strips front and back had not been repaired only one at the front had been repaired.I spoke to one of the workshop technicians. He was extremely helpful I drove to Morwell and then had some of the items repaired. they were very apologetic that there had not been better communication between the service desk and the workshop.Really there is not much point in taking photos if they don't go with the work sheet.The internal roof of the van in the ensuite area has a crack, no, that had not been repaired! We were assured by the service team at the office that they would arrange someone to come to our home and repair. Two weeks later and once again no follow up.The wardrobe doors are warped, told they they would probably need to be replaced. The serviceman tried to make it less buckled which he has done to a degree.So far having to take two days off from work it has cost us $800.00 very disappointed

Recently purchased a van...very easy people to deal with..always with a smile. Had a small problem that they fixed without a worry. Highly recommend.

Ian Grant's have been great so far, more than happy to help out if ever an issue arises. Reasonably happy with my caravan which l received in November. Keep up the great work guys.
