I bought online a XXL Dog kennel with 2 stainless steel bowls for $465 I only received 2 stainless steel bowls and no dog kennel. After a period of time not receiving the product I had paid for, I contacted Somerzby to notify them. I was in correspondence with a girl called Samantha who tried to resolve the matter. I was told sorry its been delivered, with her stating that we have a receipt that was signed and proof that it was loaded onto the truck AND GPS location. There was no helpful customer service.There was GPS as he dropped off 1 box...1 BOX the stainless steel bowls. So that explains why there was GPS at my addressProof it was loaded onto the truck??? Where is the proof it was unloaded off the truck.(fake signature on the signing docket)The docket they claim they have proof signed. No one was home at that time. And the signature that was on the docket was definitely NOT my husband and myself. We were BOTH at work, and our work has gave us both a letter stating at those times they claim it was signed for, we were both at work. The beauty about this is both our jobs are finger scan on.We have not received what we have paid for . The customer service was not helpfull in anyway and showed no concern that we did not receive what we had paid for. $465So we have sent a complaint with purchase receipt and our letters from our work to The Department and Fair Trading and lodged a full on complaint.I do not recommend this company to anyone.Doddgy as they comeYou do not have 3 dockets at all. No-one was home to sign for them. Fair Trading will decide if I get my money back or new Kennel. Again bad business YOU DO NOT GET WHAT YOU OAID FOR!

we bought this 6 months ago. Reached out to the customer service team and was told that you don’t cover dents in the roof!! Must have been a massive bird hitting the roof!! Not great quality at all! $400 down the drain and terrible customer service!

Somerzby is an excellent company. Our new cat cage arrived promptly. Much faster than most things I have purchased online. It's been constructed and the cats love it and the quality is excellent.

Buyer beware! Recently ordered and received the Homestead cat enclosure. Extremely disappointed in the quality. Parts arrived broken (which the company did replace) but also poorly constructed. Pieces were unevenly built leading to gaps in the structure, one piece was even too long, had to cut it to size. The waterproofing" was a joke

We purchased the mansion chicken coop in charcoal and have been so happy with it!! It’s just as good as the photos and our hens are very happy!

Buyer beware. XL single dog kennel. Very very cheap & poorly made. Exposed nails & screws, arrived broken, bed stained, the whole thing doesn’t even come together to line up correctly… and to top it off they’re customer support is terrible. Apparently it’s an “acceptable” condition and was offered $50 partial refund for the stained bed.Buy from a pet store instead.

I purchased a cat enclosure recently and it is absolutely worth the money! My dad added fly screening on it to keep out any smaller insects and this looks more like a cat mansion.I love that my cats are going to have their own little house ❤️

BUYER BEWARE. Our cat coop in under 12 months old. Always been stored completely undercover and has officially begun falling apart. It's made with flimsy wood and honestly isn't worth the money. This one is designed for 4-5 cats, we have 2 lazy cats and it's absolutely wrecked. Don't waste your time or money! It is not water proof, it fades with minimal sunlight. The levels inside the area to sleep have all broken and is completely useless. Shop elsewhere!

Great service and product form Somerzby, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The manor chicken coop was delivered on time as specified and was very easy to put together. I had it all assembled in 2 hours.Thank you once again for your excellent service and I look forward to the next time I buy from you
