Golden Memories Funerals

It has been almost 3weeks since the sudden loss of our beloved Dad.I am of Maori and Niuean decent. My father being Niuean and his wife Samoan-Tongan. The initial funeral directors we had chosen showed No urgency to get our Dad back from the Coroners and so we found Te Awhina. Within 24hours we had Dad at home. Te Awhina treated my Dad and our Whanau with utmost dignity. We will forever be grateful for the awhi and manaaki of the Te Awhina Whanau. Well... Im Aussie and my husband Maori and Im not even dead yet but have been to arrange my funeral with Julz last week. She is so engaging and together with my husband we all endured a lot of laughs making us feel at ease about the whole thing. Im excited and relieved to finally have it sorted. My wishes are not traditional but Julz is very adaptable to both my Husband & my wishes. I thank her immensely for her assistance.

My sister is home.... Lost my sister 2 weeks back and me and my family had no idea what to do as this was our first time planning for this, met with Julz and OMG what a loving caring welcoming lady she is, she listened to what we wanted and delivered with such professionalism and 10 times better than we expected, we talked, laughed gave cheek like one big happy family, now my sister is now home where she belongs and its all thanks to Julz and her daughter, With so much AROHA we give you, we also thank you very much xxox

What a disgraceful company this is. Disgusting language by the owner. and on comparison with other companies way over priced. She trades on the idea that she is part of our Whanau. If she was I would divorce my family rather than have anything to do with herFourth grade service and vehicles. Not up front with pricing.Check out the other companies because this one as this one sure has ethical problems.

Julz has such a beautiful calming wairua about her I feel very connected to her. She treated myslef, family and my late husband with so much respect and dignity. Words can ot express my gratitude and love for this lovely lady.

The most caring and respect shown to myself and family was something that will always be dear to my heart. Juline and daughter were the most kind and undertanding Business owners I have dealt with and after a beautiful send off for my husband all organised by his grandchildren I would recommend using this wonderful Company at such a sad time.
