Absolutely disgusting and appalling business to deal with. Rude, Lie after lie. Don’t believe there “10” day working delivery more like 21 days or more. Could never get a straight answer to where our vehicle was. Guaranteed to be delivered on certain day, or refund - did not receive - and no refund - was told they’d leave on truck and take back to Victoria. I transported my Audi R8 with this company, their driver guttered the vihicle and sliced one of the tyres. They refused to pay for the new tyres because the existing ones 'already had some tread wear' even though the tyres were roadworthy still and had passed a roadworthy. The administration assistant Kylie called me up and abused me for wanting my damage repaired, and her reasoning was that the tyres already had some wear so they shouldn't have to pay for them, and the rim already had some damage existing, even though they made it ten times worse.They admitted to me on the phone that their driver took a photo of the tyre because he hit the gutter then back tracked on their words and said he did not hit the gutter but took a photo for some other reason.Very unprofessional company, they even asked if they could keep the old tyres.Would definitely not recommend. You can clearly see in the photos below that there is fresh paint flakes on the tyre from the incident and there is no way that this would be the case if this was pre-existing, especially after a 900klms trip to Queensland in an open air truck.

Mt Andrews Auto Freighters did an awesome job returning my car home from Kempsey to Brisbane. They said it would take up to 10 days but did it in 4. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before using them cause they actually were awesome for me. 100% recommend!

Worst car carrier company i have ever used. Only used them because the dealer recommended. I have been calling them weekly for an update and mysteriously every time they have said, it will be there next Tuesday". Well

If I could give a 0 star I would! What a rude useless company. Ditto to all other reviewers- delivery of our van after two weeks - well still waiting. We asked for 48hrs notice as obviously people work. Driver turns up with one call to us (at work) no message left on his part. Expects now for my son to collect his van from the drivers house !! What the… I rang the head office and spoke to the boss. Wow rude man he is, hung up on me with a threat of our van getting delivered later now. Do not use this company !!!!! Terrible communication. Booked my car from Sydney to Ballina via P&S Logistics. Unbeknown ro me they farmed the job to MT Andrews. MT left my unregistered car at the truckstop out of town in the middle of the night. No message or phone call. I found it 4 days later by chance. Very poor form.

Unprofessional company, the worst I've ever dealt with as a car dealer as I have been waiting 4 weeks to get a vehicle picked up from Melbourne to Brisbane....still hasn't been picked up and now I'm being charged $50 a day storage fees from the auction houseThey can't give a refund as they haven't got the authorisation from the boss, but can take credit card payments?They won't return calls and have no idea what's going on!Do not use them

The way the driver was using the M1 between the Gold Coast and Brisbane today was super alarming! Speeding through roadworks, really fast. Swerving through multiple lanes of traffic. Holy cow these guys are super dangerous, do not be surprised if your pride and joy ends up as wreckage on the road.
