I got first piercing here and the 3 lovely girls severed me with excellent customer service and were so nice to me.Michelle and maddy help me through all my nerves about it and I was very pleased with the resultKeep up the amazing work guys. And hara the store manager is amazing person as well❤️

Great experience with the ladies that run the store. Very large range of all cosmetics and the prices are reasonable.

Peircing was on a bad angle, wasn't sitting right, and fell out while I was asleep.Worst $70 I've ever spent, slack and rushed. It was hooked around my nose before I left and she never fixed it.Unprofessional.

I have been in this store countless times and the customer service has been nothing but perfect! I hate needles but LOVE piercings. The girls are so beautiful there. Michelle, a younger girl named Grace were amazing. Grace was able to explain makeup products and told me what would be best for my skin type. Grace was amazing with explaining the jewellery that would be best from my skin. She was beyond helpful, she clearly is passionate about her job and loves the customers. And even better she has the same name as me!! Michelle has always been amazing with excellent customer service. She is such a lovely human and always makes me feel welcome. She always has GORGEOUS makeup. Michelle knows everything about the products they sell and is always happy to help. She is such a likable and funny person. She has made every piercing experience so comforting. These girls has made my experience here amazing. I will never go anywhere else. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel welcomed I would come here. They are beyond amazing I love the environment here.

I’ve had my right side of my nose done for 3 years and it healed so nicely and super quick, within 3 months I was fine (done at skin kandy) I got my left side done in July this year at cosmetics plus and it still hasn’t healed at all it’s been going on 5 months now and i still have to repierce it everytime I take out my nose stud for work it’s actually the most annoying thing that I want to take it out but then Ive wasted so much of my money with you guys cause I got jewellery too

Was really nervous to go and get my navel done, however once I got there all the ladies were amazingly nice and caring. The lady, Maddie, who had done my piercing was extremely kind, caring, sweet and really helpful, I'm a bit of a weak one with needles and I fainted, but she made sure I was okay, gave me a drink and some sugar to help and made sure I was okay enough to get up and walk, and overall I was extremely happy with the outcome. I wanted to thank you for the amazing customer service and care you guys have for your customers. Thank you for helping me today and make it out the door and giving me a new gorgeous piece of body jewellery as we said today! Will never forget the experience ❣️

I have tattoos and prior work injuries but I got my nose pierced on opposite side to what I have it hurt so bloody much then my nose swelled up and I was in so much pain throughout the day and night I eventually had to remove the bar myself and tried to put longer bar in to find that hole was not completely straight I know these things happen but honestly don’t think I could justify spending more to have another go at it after this heels

Daniel pierced our 9 year old daughter's ears.She had it done with the needle method.He was very kind & patient with our daughter who was quite nervous.He also helped educate us about the difference between needle & gun methods of piercing & earing types e.g. titanium to speed up healing & reduce allergic reactions.Daniel & all the other staff were helpful & very professional.Thank you!
