Bunnings Maryborough

All good. It's not one of the really large modern stores and is a bit cramped compared to others but it has most everything you need.

One of the smaller Bunnings stores, still stocks most things, BUT if you check for items online, there's a good chance your in stock" item won't even be a current stock item. Seems to be a "Bunnings" issue everywhere

The store offers so many services around any building or D.I.Y. project you might have. Not to mention the garden, and outdoor living. There's a massive range of products to choose from as well as click and collect. I found the staff very knowledgeable and prepared to help in any way. Sadly there was no cafe. Not the end of the world.

Horrible store they never have anything in stock, and you always have to travel to the bay to get what you want I don't even know why Maryborough even has are Bunnings, the staff are helpful but you have to walk around for like 10 mins to find someone employee more workers.

It has most of the hardware I need to repair or build from scratch, staff are very informative and helpful.

A joke. Checked firstly online to make sure the items I required were in store at Maryborough Qld Bunnings, they were. As directed online I approached the meet & greet lady for someone to cut some matting from a role. A young lad was instructed to help, you would have though she asked him to roll in dog poo. He reluctantly went to the section he thought it should be, it wasn't. He checked on his hand held device and nothing help done. Again I approached the meet & greet lady as instructions from website, enquiring about water proof containers, she pointed to a wall of containers, that was the extent of help, I thought as the website stated she would be able to tell me what aisle the containers were in, no. Frustrated I went to the checkout with two items that I could find, the lady at the checkout was changing a roll on the EPTPOS machine, no eye contact, no sorry to keep you waiting, no sorry want be long NOTHING! I left the items and walked out. Customer Service, what customer service, rude unhelpful staff. I know its Sunday and it's early, but I also work in customer service and this is unacceptable. I will be going to Hervey Bay from now one.

Has limited items due to size, but considering a visit to Bunnings is a $100 giver? I always have a list I shop to! And keep myself from looking further!

I would have to say that the staff are overall very lovely and good at what they do they are very experienced especially the tradies. I am however I very disappointed at the facial recognition system that was put into the store without notification to the general public. I am glad that this is being investigated by the Australian consumer watchdog.The garden section is absolutely a disgrace to all Bunnings stores.

It's quite small comparatively speaking with other Bunnings but I do understand we are talking about a country Bunnings store!
