Shell Coles Express Ryde

3.2 - Just came by to get a Magnum Ice Cream. It was $5.50 for one!! So expensive! I do like how they have the water to clean car windows though. I do that as I live in the local area so I randomly come in and buy things in return.

Been to this shell on multiple occasions now at around 8pm. Get here and the guy inside says its closed every time where the trading hours say otherwise. Same guy every time, indian fella with a turban on. 4 occasions now. Very unprofessional.

Worst customer service ever ! Bought 4 cups of coffee, place was dirty and litters on top of the table. Not recommended.

I felt there is something wrong with their fuel pump. I added 13L 95 petrol to my car, but my dashboard shows that I can only drive 100km more. That's too low. In order to justify my feeling, I drove to another petrol station(caltex@westryde) right away and added another 13L 95 petrol. Then my dashboard shows that I can drive 210km more. That's a huge difference. This petrol station is so tricky.

No diesel... And team has no clue where to get one. Management wake up...

The staff Ri??ish is unbelievable . I was waiting for him to re-set the nozzle pump to Zero as it was still the price from the previous customer. I walked in the shop and told him about that and he said the first station did not work, Go to the second station but It still has the same problem. I went back to the shop again and asked him to re-set it. He came out and asked me how much you want to pre-set. I had no clue what he was talking about. I told him I didn’t want to Pre-set.I I explained what I want. I just wanted him to set the machine to Zero. . . I just want to have a full tank. He kept asking me how much fuel you need? I told him I didnt know what he was talking, I didnt need to pre-setl. He then said oh! my God. I should say Oh my God ! I waited there for 10 mins but we were talking different things but he still did not get it !!!Such a bad communication breakdown. It totally ruined my day.

The guy that worked tonight says extremely unnecessary judgmental comments. If u want to give diet advice, become a dietitian.

I usually around as I live close by. Good for petrol, generally the staff is friendly and I get what I want. The store could be cleaner, sometimes it’s messy.

Pulled in with a flat tire late last night and got a closed signal from the attendant. Changing my tire in the dark driveway while he got in his car and drove home without even offering to help! A non service station.

It's okay to go if you need to get some quick groceries, but not a place I'd spend any more time in unless I had to.
