So thankful I went with these guys. I couldn’t recommend Create the change enough! Have been training now for a few years with Christy and she is amazing. Keeps me motivated. The exercises are always fun and I’ve achieved great results. Best decision I ever made by making that call with Travis. Excellent fitness and mental health. Thanks Travis and Christy for helping me achieve all my goals. I feel great and often receive comments on how good I look because of you Christy. I feel years younger, no more pre-existing back pain and I have more energy.

Finally a PT that takes a keen interest and makes it a pleasure rather than a chore to turn up. Business owner Travis is mature way beyond his years, showing great enthusiasm in his clients as well as his field of expertise.Myself, my wife AND our 10yr old couldn't recommend him or his staff more highly.Thanks very much for making fitness fun Travis!

I have been seeing Sammy twice a week for about 9 months now. Our sessions are always fun, challenging, and different. My body looks better, I’m more confident, and even mentally I feel better.Sammy is always on time with a workout prepared. He knows how to push me through the more difficult session with encouragement and support.I couldn’t have got to this point without them and I’m excited to see where I’ll be in the next 6 months.

It’s been close to a year I’ve starting training with Sammy and Trav. They are just exceptional and professional at their work. From then on, I’ve been able to maintain my weight and body on a much better level.The inputs they give on the personal front for the daily routine motivates me a lot.They are always on time and put in their efforts one step ahead.

My family and I have been working out with Sammy since last 2 years and I cannot imagine my life without the activity. He has really helped us get into fitness and maintain it . He has been very considerate about the goals of each individual and has constantly worked on personalised programs for each one of us including my 10 yo son. Sammy is very professional and very engaging as well. He is like a part of the family now for us. Highly recommend the business.
