Melbourne Pathology Patterson Lakes

Very Disappointed with the service we received Tuesday 1st December. Firstly we were there because of a potentially life threatening medical condition and needing urgent test done and to be treated like i was a hassel a burden to the women who clearly hated her job and had no interests in the health and well being of the patients needing to be there to attend pathology. To be questioned as to why I was there, why i was having the test requested and why I needed them and complaining and showing little to no interest in performing her required task and or job description. I didnt want to be there anymore then this women did, I didnt want to be needing these test in the first place and in the position I am regarding my health. The last thing I needed was to be treated in such a poor unprofessional manner. Absolutely disgusting service!!

I go to Melbourne Pathology for over 30 years...today I have been turn around because the paper work from my doctor was apparently not in order!! I was told to pay for the blood test or else...there was at least 7 peoples there running around but I was the only one waiting...I was stunned by what the nurse was saying to me.I went then to Dorevitch around the corner & the nurse there took me straight away....no question ask..my feeling was that being close to 11 am the nurse did not want to work..I wonder sometimes if I dont pay too much taxes...

Went today and nurse did not It turn up for 1 1/2 hours with a mass of people waiting.Useless organisation. Get your act together guys

It's located inside Cove medical centre. It took me forever to find it because it didn't say that anywhere.
