Heinrich from OzzieGeeks is a lifesaver. Several times this year I have had IT issues and OG sorted it all without any fuss. He is also an outstanding trainer, he showed me cool ways to leverage Zoom and multimedia easily. Super reliable and doesn't over charge.

Bipim, from Ozzie Geeks, referred to us by Peoples Choice Credit Union, has just been to repair our Laptop, Tablet and mobile phones after I was scammed on Wednesday afternoon. He found the tablet and phones ok but the laptop not. He was very prompt, professional and thorough. Ozzie Geeks were prompt in arranging an appointment time. We have used Geeks to Us Adelaide many years ago for a different reason and found them very good. I don't know if they are the same group of companies. Would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service. As he fixed my computer he explained what exactly was wrong and what he was doing so that I could understand. They charge for the first hour no matter how quick they get it done and it only took him around 10-20 minutes to fix the issue but instead of just leaving it at that and leaving, he made sure he stayed for the remainder and set everything else up for me.HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!

While the job eventually got done it's a bit disappointing to think that if they haven't bought X equipment for the pre stated job upon booking after sitting there for nearly an hour on YouTube (which I wasn't too mad at, he explained he wanted to ensure he knew where all screws were to prevent snapping the back) but then takes off for an hour because they don't have the required equipment even though the problem was stated and then I'm charged for the hour it took for them to go get it, come back and actually do the job.It ended up costing just under $300 to have my harddrive copied onto a provided external hard drive and the actual process wasn't that long, the transfer took a little while but not long, the laptop was only a few months old, hardly anything on it, the most time was consumed by YouTube education and going to get equipment that wasn't bought and I was charged for every hour. I don't believe that's a fair action if they haven't bought the correct equipment for a stated job and I sit on the edge about paying for them to watch YouTube. While I'd rather better safe than sorry but also, you hire these services hoping they're quite experienced with a leading brand such as HP but I can't swallow paying for them to get equipment when the job was stated in good detail for a tech to know they'd require harddrive reading equipment.Thankfully the worker himself was nice.

Not only was the price fair but from the point I first contacted Ozzie Geeks to once the job was completed they where extremely professional. I was amazed to have such a speedy response not only to my message but with in 2hrs from initial connect I had a call out tech support person greeting me at my door.Thank you so very much Ozzie Geeks I will definitely use your service again and recommend you to everyone.

Paid $99 to get a laptop fixed. I told him he could erase the whole drive, all I needed was him to get back into the system and the only thing different to beforehand is my bank account!! He just told me to sell it. Really disappointing, do not waste your money.
