You get what you pay for. We made a last minute trip to Rocky and needed a pet friendly motel. Last option was this motel which I booked online taking on board the review. clean bedlinen and pet friendly". Firstly no confirmation email until I rang. The rooms are very dated but we did have clean sheets

Location is good but the rooms are bad. It's cheap but that doesn't mean it needs to be dirty. Black mould on ceilings, rusted fridge, and rooms that smell like a strong mix of cheap air freshener and cigarettes.

It is a budget motel with gracious staff and clean . Pool etc. Not the Tarche Mahal, but within 10 minutes of hospital, shopping centres and take away. Extremely popular, well worth the money to stay here and it's cheap!

On a main road, walls were very thin, room I stayed in unfortunately had kids running (for what seemed, all night) upstairs.Shower leaked into the bed area which I didn’t realise after picking up my clothes off the floor saturated.Bed was uncomfortableAll I can say it was cheap & you get what you paid for, actually probably paid a little too much

Had some hiccups as electrical comms failure made it hard to contact reception day of arrival, which was quite frustrating. But this was remedied and the week I spent there I was catered for exceptionally well. The young family running it were very professional and friendly.

The room was clean except for the ceiling fan and the price is good when you are on budget. We wrer quite happy with it for the 3 nights that we spent at the Motel.

Pet Friendly Room was basic but did the job. There was only one thing blanket on the bed, so we were cold. Dispenser in the shower for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, there was only conditioner. There was no soap in the toilet basin area, so there was nothing to wash hands after toilet or anytime. The staff on the front desk was amazing. We checked in after hours, and she met me at the reception door.

Not sure what has happened to this place as we stayed overnight approximately 4 years ago and found the rooms to be clean, neat and tidy.....yes it is an older complex, but figured we stayed here before and had no problems.This time, the reception was unattended and we were told to pick up our keys from a box beside reception and let ourselves in. The room was neat and in order, but mould could be seen on the ceiling and the bathroom door was full of it.The room smells of stale tobacco and the floor was gritty under foot.I understand it's an old place.....but it wasn't clean and worth the money we wasted on this place.....yep.....non refundable. I've lived in cleaner outback mining camps. Not worth the argument with management (as per other reviews).Don't waste your money.I found another pet friendly place about 2 klms from this place for similar money and the staff couldn't do enough for us and the room was spot on.Not Happy.

You get what you pay for rooms were average. Beds were ok. Air-conditioning a bit noisy but was nice a cold, suitable for a 1 nighter

Staff friendly, great communication.Highly recommend to stay here.Thank you to staff for being so friendly and communicating with my wife and I on room availability.
