Verity is a talented photographer who put us all immediately at ease. After recieving a beautiful album and framed prints for our first son, we had no hesitation in booking our second son for the same package. Verity took great care to capture many poses, outfits and backgrounds. She was very gentle in handling both our newborn sons and attentive to the smallest details. Overall a wonderful experience. A picture really is a thousand words and we shall treasure ours forever. Thank you!

Having previously been in the photography business I have followed and admired Verity's work for many years and adore her style of photography. When I saw that she offered styled photo sessions for young girls I jumped at the chance for her to photograph my daughter. My daughter was nearly 8 years old at the time of the session and I knew I only had a narrow window of time that she would still be happy to dress in pretty dresses :). I'm so pleased I took this opportunity as the resulting images are absolutely stunning!Prior to the session Verity spend time advising us of outfit choices and suggesting absolutely perfect locations. My daughter was a bit nervous at the start of the session but Verity made her feel very relaxed and did not rush the session at all. My daughter had such a fun time and enjoyed feeling like a Princess dressing up in the beautiful dresses supplied by Verity.Thanks again Verity I just can't stop looking at our lovely pictures and would definitely recommend you to others x

Our family photo shoot was everything I had envisioned and more! I had a particular style in mind and Verity from My Only Sunshine Photography was able to nail it with very little information-we we’re absolutely wrapped with our session! Not only was Verity able to capture absolutely stunning photos of our family but she was also able to create a fun session for our 5 kids! We had photos done recently of my daughter who is 6, I hired Verity because I had such confidence in her work to be able to capture the beautiful innocence of Ella. She allowed us to use her gorgeous gowns and dresses for the session and she just knew exactly how to get Ella to work well to achieve what I can only describe as breath taking photos that not only I will cherish but she will and her future children. Verity’s experience and knowledge of photography is second to none. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to capture this memories as perfectly as she has.

A few weeks ago I decided that I wanted to give my Father who was over from Poland a very special gift, I wanted a lasting photograph of Him with myself and his two grandchildren, 10 & 6 years old to take back to Europe with him to have lasting memories of us, we rarely see him due to the distance.I chose Verity purely based on her talent and skillset, I don’t see Verity’s amazing work as photographs or see her as a photographer, I see her work as pure Art work and her to be an artist in her profession.She recommended having photos taken in the Mount Lofty Gardens to capture that European feel for my father, this alone was an amazing location and fantastic suggestion for the image I was after. Verity gave us great advice on what we should wear prior to the shooting which was a big help for a couple of men...When we arrived her patience with my father who was asked to sit in many different positions at his age was that of a very understanding and caring person. The way she built this amazing relationship with my children within the small period of time we had and her ability to gain their trust was truely special.The only way I can describe the photos we received is in one word ‘Magical’I could not have dreamt of anything better, the way my children looked and presented with their Grandfather in the photos surpassed anything I could ever imagined!The experience was amazing and we all loved working with Verity due to the her professionalism and understanding of what we wanted.I would only recommend My Only Sunshine Photography, Thank you so much Verity for creating something so special for my family.

I first had the pleasure of meeting Verity 4 years ago. I was in hospital having just given birth to my daughter, and I started searching online for a newborn photographer. I found Verity’s page and I just fell in love. I contacted her straight away and by some miracle I was able to get an appointment whenmy daughter was only 5 days new. I have since realised how lucky I was to get in to see her on such short notice (and I certainty encourage others not to leave it to the last minute like I did).The experience at Verity’s studio was amazing. Verity is so calm and gentle. She has the most soothing voice and is a true baby whisperer! Our daughter stayed asleep for the majority of the appointment which lasted a few hours, only waking for a feed. Verity was very accommodating with this also.The photos we received are just perfect. Lots of outfit and prop changes, great sibling shots. We had difficulty choosing our favourites as they were all so beautiful.We still receive so many compliments on the photos.As well as a newborn photographer, Verity is a talented family/maternity photographer. I have had the pleasure of working with her and her clients as makeup artist/hair stylist. Verity is always extremely professional, prepared and friendly to work with. Her attitude to her work is admirable, she is more than competent in styling, photography and editing and I am always so impressed when I see her latest work.I highly recommend My Only Sunshine.
