I recently hired Universal Home Theatre to install two wall-mounted TVs with a sound system, and I have to say I am extremely impressed with the level of service I received. Andy, the installer, was highly professional and arrived on time as scheduled. He was also very quick and efficient in his work, completing the installation process smoothly and without any hiccups.Andy was very thorough in his approach and prepared the walls for mounting brackets accurately. He also connected all the appropriate wiring and future-proofed the setup, ensuring that I wouldn't have to worry about upgrades for a long time. Additionally, he installed and connected all the audio components and optimized the audio setup to suit my room and environment.What I appreciated the most was how Andy solved any problems that arose really quickly and explained all the technical issues to me in detail. He even optimized my internet connections and updated all my visual and audio wiring, leaving the place spotless when he was done.Overall, I am very satisfied with the result and highly recommend Universal Home Theatre to anyone in need of installation services. The level of service I received saves you money in the long run and was well worth the investment. Five stars all around!

We used Andy and the team at Universal for the installation of a home cinema and 2 other entertainment areas in our recently renovated home. Universal installed my TV on my wall. I found them to be polite and respectful and extremely professional. They have given me after sales service without any hesitation and I have no qualms in recommending them for anyone who needs a technician for any media matters. Rob the gentleman who did the installed and mounted my television was absolutely outstanding, made.sure the tv was psotioned exactly how I wanted it showed me how to change the psotiin if the tilt if I need to in thw future, connected my xbox and modem, adjusted the settings to make sure I was getting the most out of my 4k OLED TV. Even helped get rid of boxes etc.Definitely recommend these guys and ROB in particular, HE HAS A DELIGHTFUL MANNER . HE IS SUPER HELPFUL AND WILLING IN MY OPINION TO GO JUST THAT BIT EXTRA AND AT THE END OF IT ALL REFUSED TO ACCEPT TIP.He did offer to run the wires through the wall or duct, but I refused as my landlord was ok with the wall mounting but did not want wires going through the walls etc. That's not on the installer or the company.

**** FANTASTIC RESULTS ****We had Universal Home Theatre do a full upgrade on our Home Theatre solution. This included moving our inside TV to our new outdoor entertaining area, installing a new TV inside and installing a SONOS hardware solution throughout the house and outdoor area. The Universal team configured the solution exactly as we wanted with ability to view any streaming service on either the outside or inside TV (or both together). The SONOS hardware and config solution was absolutely perfect for our needs also. We actually had 2 companies come out and assess/quote the job and the 2nd company to look at it basically said that what Universal was proposing wasn't possible. Well it was possible and Andy and his team made it happen. We could not be happier with the results and couldn't recommend Universal more highly.Jo & Stu.

Mick from the Universal Home Theatre team built and installed an 100inch Hisense laser projector, mounted a Sonos Arc and mounted my 86inch LG TV for me.
