Bathroom Surgeon - Shower Repairs

This company was recommended to me by the owner of a tile shop. I called and spoke to Lou, who quickly provided a very reasonable quote. We agreed to go ahead with repairs for my son's leaky shower.Lou arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and then got to work.We are extremely happy with the work that was carried out, and would recommend Bathroom Surgeon to anyone that needs this type of work to be done.Very friendly and very professional.

We needed the grout replaced in 2 showers, and their professionalism was excellent. We are very happy with the finished result of our bathroom renovation. In some respects, it was a tricky job as we wanted to keep aspects of the old bathroom to keep some of the history of the house. We received quote and plan from another company prior to ringing Bathroom Surgeon and not only was that quote over double of what we paid for this job, but the plan submitted was nothing like what we asked for. From the start, Bathroom Surgeon listened, accommodated our requests and ideas and communicated well. What we paid was exactly what was quoted - no increases along the way. As with any job, there was the odd hiccup and an extension of time, but nothing at all that would prevent us from selecting them again or recommending them to others. What we got was what we hoped for and I believe you cant do much better than that. This was our first ever attempt at have a renovation done. I don't believe that we would have done any better elsewhere and the price of the job was very reasonable. A job well done! Thank you!
