A big shout out to Kimberly from Figtree Building & Design for the fabulous design of our granny flat! We had a big wish list and even though we were restricted to 80 sq metres in QLD for a secondary dwelling, she managed to fit almost everything in. The plan is well-thought-out, flows easily and makes full use of the space. Josh undertook the framework and carpentry, all completed neatly and timeously and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this company and hope to use them again for any future project.

Josh and Kim were the most amazing team to work with for the build of our new home!Kim drew up our house plans, she listened to everything we wanted and had great ideas of how we could include all of the things we wanted into the space we had. Kim has incredible attention to detail and we were so happy with the entire design process. We have been in the house for two months now and cannot fault any of the design, it's everything we wanted!The build of our house was fantastic!Josh has excellent communication skills and kept us up to date weekly with everything that was happening on site. We felt so well informed and really part of the build.The trades that were used were all fantastic and all work was completed to a very high standard.The building site was always kept tidy and safe and the tradesmen on site were always polite.We have lived in the house for two months now and have had only a couple of very minor issues (one door handle came loose and one sink plug was faulty). Josh came promptly and fixed both of those issues.We are very impressed with the quality of this build and so in love with the house.We are so happy with Figtree Building and Design and would highly recommend them for any building or design work!

Figtree Building and Design were recently engaged to design and construct my first home. They were both professional and knowledgeable and the process was completed without any issues.
