Read the reviews,believe the reviews!…made a order over a month ago,no updates nothing took 3 emails before I got a response that said all items are out of stock(no eta given or mentioned) waited a further 3 weeks still nothing…glad their refund policy is easy and easy to use absolute waste of time and money

Amazing company, I've bought most of my warhammer collection through them and will continue seeing they're the best at pricing.

I initially bought the some WARHAMMER miniatures as a gift. However, they were trapped on back order for a while, the staff where nice enough to swap to the newer box model which was recently added to stock at no additional cost. Emailed response time was fast as well as the shipping. Love these guys!

Placed an order and had it cancelled several days later with no message or email regarding it. Very disappointed, I should have listened to the other bad reviews.

I didn't end up being able to buy the item I wanted as it was no longer available (I contacted the site by chat to confirm that one was available as the website stated there was only one left). Vincent was transparent, quick to respond and courteous. I was worried about buying from them due to the reviews but can only attest to my own experience which was positive and respectful. If you have concerns, maybe consider chatting with them or giving them a call. It might help.

They made me beast pc and upgraded me to RTX 2070 super for free from RTX 2070... i dont know why people have reviwed bad comments about pcmarket .. they sell gaming pc at low price than others. they do have some issue with the phone but they reply to your email pretty fast. i was worried after seeing so many bad review so i went to the PCMarket by myself and they are friendly and provide you best advice for your custom build pc according to your specifications and they sent me the pc within 3 days after i ordered

My experience with this shop has been a roller coaster. I initially tried to reach out by phone to see if they had in stock and could hold a product for me, after several phone calls over the course of multiple days with no answer, I decided to reach out via their sites contact form to request if they could hold the item. The response was vague and said that staff needed to process the order before it can be picked up. I replied asking if they could elaborate further on what that process involved, to which I got no response. I then decided that I would go to their store in person to see if they had the product even if they couldn’t hold it, which is where I found out finally that I had to make the order online before hand and select pick up, as that is the only way to get products, you can not just walk in and grab what you need. There was no communication and no indication that this was the case before walking into their Auburn store myself. However, I was able to make the order in store on their computer. Once that was done I was told it would be processed by the next week Monday, which made sense as it was a Friday afternoon. Come Monday I had not received any correspondence regarding the status of my order, so I reached out via email on the Tuesday, to which I got a reply saying it was being shipped from a warehouse and would be ready by the end of this week. I followed up and asked if it would be okay if someone picked it up on my behalf as I live quite far from their Auburn store myself, which I never received a reply to. At this point i’m slightly annoyed as I could have purchased this item from many other countless shops selling it and had it sooner. Come the end of the week I had received no confirmation on my order being ready to get picked up, checked my spam, and all other inboxes to make sure I hadn’t missed it. I wrote an email on Sunday night and received no reply till Tuesday, telling me the order was ready for pick up since last week and I must have missed the email. I can still say I have no confirmation email even after picking my order up. Thankfully, picking up my order was easy and quick.

Excellent backup and customer service with a warranty claim. Very quick to respond and find a solution for something that wasn't anyone's fault. I was initially a bit hesitant to purchase a big-ticket item online for delivery to WA. Would do so again and highly recommend!
