Lovely quiet little spot out of Crazy Airlie Beach but still close enough, and close from shopping centers.

PLEASE READ! RETHINK YOUR VISIT TO THIS RESORT! THE MANAGER IS A DISTURBED, OLD, CRANKY WOMAN WHI HAS DISGUSTING, RUDE, ARROGANT STAFF!!! I have come for a small holiday to visit my brother in-law and I have never been more disgusted in a resort than this place. The manager has yelled at my nieces and my brother-in law for being in the pool area by themselves on the first day here, which they had no idea they weren’t allowed to do. The manager’s boyfriend lives in a seperate part of the complex, so they each have a house each. Which I think is UNACCEPTABLE!!! He has also yelled at the kids which he has NO AUTHORISATION TO!! Therefore I will NOT be coming here again to be treated rudely and disrespected by staff. UNACCEPTABLE and DISAPPOINTED!!!

Very Peaceful and Relaxing stay. We stayed 2 weeks and barely heard a sound within the complex. The old managers" we hear of no longer manage. Friendly and welcoming neighbours and a beautiful pool area with huge umbrellas and plenty of pool chairs

We stayed in a privately rented unit, which had nothing to do with the onsite managers which I must add are RUDE ARROGANT PEOPLE they should not be in this sort of business. But apart from that our unit was great couldn't fault it.

Hi everyone I've been living here the last few months after buying a Unit and I am appalled at the reviews and the responses I've heard about the onsite caretaker and so called staff" since been here. At first I thought people might be over reacting but let me tell you this caretaker and "staff" are bullies. They think that they are in charge and we the owners are village idiots. The whole of Airlie Beach seem to know about these two people and their antics. Tradies have told me they dislike dealing with the caretaker and as a caretaker she leaves alot to be desired. This is just my personal opinion but the caretaker at Sailz is an over paid tyrant with a so called over inflated egostical bully as her helper who is taking advantage of their contract to rip off the owners here at Sailz. Pity a few more owners don't read these reviews and wake up to the truth. We pay our caretaker to "care take" the complex. At the moment the caretaker seems to over paid for doing very little as I've observed over the last few months the duties are what I would call "light" duties. End of rant. And please note this is a personal rant without prejudice."

If you want your tropical, relaxing whitsunday holiday ruined by a raging lawnmower and leaf-blower blasting outside your window at 7am every single morning then be sure to stay at Sailz! A big shame because the complex is actually pretty nice otherwise
