Unfortunately have to keep using there services as it’s only after hours school care availableStaff looking after my kids can’t speak more highly offIt’s more the administration payment system booking system that’s broken left messages for the head called before work left a message letting know can’t answer phone won’t finish till .... finally call when finish work said person gone home already so they don’t get full message obviouslyTried again yesterday no answer at all finally called today and guess what said person I need to speak to wasn’t there yesterday not there today but yet I can go in on days off and try and get issue sorted well no can’tYou can’t make payments manually have to be two weeks in front my first payment was huge because ccs wasn’t applied yet after applied put me way in front so asked for weekly payments of 20 to stay in front but apprently if in front by 100 won’t take money out regardless if requested it or not Iv had to use extra days because needed it being Easterand casual Iv had no choice but more to work as work was shut only getting paid two days once again money last night didn’t comeOut can’t make payment manually every parent I have spoken to do not understand their billing system or there bill like I said only play in a small country town I had people warn me way before I’m going to have issues not even week two and yeah issues I’m actually stress over them and there system that I have restless sleep and now once again hoping to understand get on same page I’m now stressed and guess what I get you come Monday won’t be able to get a hold of the lady I need to speak to I’ll leave a message and I get she won’t get the full message so she will call me during work where I can’t answer my phone and this will go on for another week
