It has been 2 years since I purchased a property from Klemich. I still have not received everything I was suppose to.Completely DISHONEST company that just want the sale at all costs. They don't care about the purchaser.Disgusting company. Say what ever they have to to get the sale and then not deliver once you have paid.Use delaying tactics saying it will all be there at settlement and 2 years latter it still is not. Absolute snakes.
